Tenant Party definition

Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.
Tenant Party or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.
Tenant Party means Tenant and its subtenants, contractors, suppliers, employees, officers, licensees, agents and invitees.

Examples of Tenant Party in a sentence

  • Unless required due to the negligence or willful misconduct of any Tenant Party, if all or a material portion of the Parking Facility must be closed for more than two (2) days for repairs, improvements, alterations or changes being performed by the Landlord pursuant to this Agreement (other than pursuant to Landlord’s self-help rights pursuant to Section 12), Tenant’s Rent shall be abated for the period of time all or such portion of the Parking Facility is closed.

  • Tenant shall cause to be removed any and all liens of any nature arising out of or resulting out of or resulting from the performance of any work or labor performed upon the Premises or the furnishing of any materials for use upon the Premises, by, on behalf of or at the direction of a Tenant Party.

  • If the Premises, or any portion thereof, are damaged in any way whatsoever, whether by an act of God or by the act, default or negligence of a Tenant Party, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, restore the Premises to the condition existing prior to such damage.

  • Tenant shall be responsible for the compliance with such rules and regulations by each Tenant Party.

  • In the event Tenant or any Tenant Party is or becomes listed as an SDN, Tenant shall be deemed in breach of this Lease and Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease immediately upon written notice to Tenant.

The provisions of this Section 10.1 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease until all Claims within the scope of this Section 10.1 are fully, finally, and absolutely barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.
