Target Options definition

Target Options means the outstanding options to purchase Target Shares granted under or otherwise subject to the Target Stock Option Plans;
Target Options means all options to purchase Target Shares issued pursuant to the Target Option Plan.
Target Options means any options to purchase Common Stock issued by Target.

More Definitions of Target Options

Target Options has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).
Target Options means all of the issued and outstanding options to purchase shares of Target Common Stock.
