Target Award Amount means the amount payable if the Participant achieves target performance levels pursuant to the Plan.

Examples of Target Award Amount in a sentence

The actual dollar amount of the Performance Award paid hereunder is dependent upon the satisfaction of the performance conditions set forth in Section 2 below and may range from zero to two hundred percent (200%) of the Target Award Amount.
