Performance Percentage definition

Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.
Performance Percentage means with respect to the Performance Period the percentage determined pursuant to the Scorecard.
Performance Percentage means the excess of (i) Holder’s aggregate Performance Percentage Points, over (ii) the Committee Percentage Points Reduction, if any, determined as of the last day of the Performance Period.

More Definitions of Performance Percentage

Performance Percentage means that percentage determined based upon the relative ranking of the Company’s Three-Year Average TSR for the Performance Period compared to the Three-Year Average TSR of each Peer Company for the Performance Period as determined under the provisions of Section 4(e), subject to reduction under Sections 5 and 12, if any.
Performance Percentage means the respective percentages applicable to achievement of the following benchmark Performance Levels for a given Objective as follows: Threshold 50%, Target 100%, Outstanding 150%, Maximum 200%; and, if actual performance of such Objective falls between any two of such benchmark Performance Levels, the percentage amount applicable to the performance level actually achieved will be prorated.
