System property definition

System property means the facilities and land owned, leased, or under the primary control of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, its Board of Trustees, system office, colleges, and universities.
System property means the contents of the Manuals and all other know how, information, specifications, systems and data used by PRI in or in respect of the System, including, without limitation, trade secrets, copyrights, designs, patents and other intellectual property.
System property has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.3.
