System Contractor definition

System Contractor or “System Installer” means a person engaged in and who holds himself or herself out as a specialist in the installation, renovation, and repair of onsite wastewater treatment systems. A Systems Contractor is required to obtain a license with Clear Creek County and must keep that license active to perform any work on Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems.
System Contractor means any of the contractors under the System Contracts.

  • This may include (but is not limited to): MAXIMO, CAD, Police Systems (including 911 dispatch), Financial Systems, Project Delivery System, Construction Document Management System, Contractor Management Systems, Debt Management System, Emergency Communications, Engineering Archives, Access Control ID Badge, and GIS, as well as PC, desktop software and technology infrastructure support for those groups that are providing support to the NWSA.

  • Upon receipt of final payment for the Programs [or, System], Contractor will convey to City good and marketable title to the Programs [or, the System] free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances.

  • If Contractor schedules a shutdown of the System, Contractor shall notify the Judicial Council in writing as soon as practical after Contractor schedules such shutdown but in no event less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the start of such shutdown.

  • When performing repairs to, and maintenance of, the System, Contractor or Subcontractor shall comply with all applicable statutes and Construction Provisions, including, but not limited to, payment of prevailing wages (for all work including module washing) to the extent required by applicable law.

  • If Contractor's services do not conform to the specifications stated on Exhibit B, as determined by Water System, Contractor shall promptly re-perform such services to the satisfaction of Water System at no additional charge to Water System.

  • Additionally, during the Warranty Period for the System, Contractor shall modify, adjust, repair and/or replace such Deliverable(s), at no charge to Department, as necessary to maintain ongoing System reliability according to Section 11.

  • Upon Concessionaire’s acceptance of the Performance Testing and Commissioning Plan and Program for the ETTM System, Contractor shall proceed to commission the ETTM System.

  • All electrical strikes must be tied in to the Building’s Fire Alarm System by the Building’s Fire Alarm System Contractor.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, or Level 3 Defects are discovered in the System, Contractor shall correct such Defects and retest at no additional charge to Agency prior to completion of System Testing under this Section.
