Syngenta means collectively, SYNGENTA CROP PROTECTION AG and its AFFILIATES, including but not limited to SYNGENTA AG, provided that if a notice is required to be given to SYNGENTA, or a document is to be executed by SYNGENTA under Section 14.5, the term shall mean SYNGENTA CROP PROTECTION AG.
