Section 14.5. 33 The District will notify the Association of all new hires within ten (10) workdays of the hire date. At 34 the time of hire, the District will inform the new hire of the terms and conditions of this Article.

Section 14.5. 43 The Association shall give written notice to the District business office of: (a) the percentage amount of 44 dues required of a member of the Association, which dues are to be deducted during the school year under 45 payroll deductions. The deduction amount shall not be subject to change without at least thirty (30) calendar 46 days written notice to the District business office. Any such changes shall be implemented by the District 47 within sixty (60) calendar days of the written notice to the District business office.
