Surviving Sublicensee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b)(v).
Surviving Sublicensee shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.2.4.
Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.
Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.
Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.
Novartis shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.
Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
Pfizer means Pfizer Inc.
licensed distributor means any holder of a distribution licence.
Merck has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.
ONYX means Onyx Acceptance Corporation, and its successors.
PTI means Preliminary Toxicity Investigation. Up to a 30-day period where the permittee investigates the cause(s) of a whole effluent toxicity exceedance and if the toxicity is known, includes a proposal for its elimination.
BLS means Basic Life Support.
Shire means Shire of Augusta Margaret River
Licensee Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.
EMD means Earnest Money Deposit.
OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner
GSK has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
HPA means the Current HPA, as further amended by this Amendment.
the Licensee means the person or persons to whom this licence is granted, his personal representatives and any person or persons to whom the rights conferred by this licence may lawfully have been assigned;
Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.
Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.
License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.
