Authorised Area definition

Authorised Area means such geographical area/location of India as indicated in Schedule A;

Authorised Area means the geographical area determined in this Licence within which the Licensee is authorised to undertake the Licensed Activities pursuant to the Sector Law ;

Authorised Area means specified geographical area of , as authorised by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board to Buyer for City Gas Distribution business.1

Examples of Authorised Area in a sentence

• The parties agree that on signing of this Agreement, IPTV Operator shall have the non-exclusive right to distribute the channels from its IPTV Platform Authorised Area, simultaneously upon receipt of signal along with the multiple audio feed, if any, without interruption, editing, interference or alteration, to the IPTV Operator’s authorized subscribers only, hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”, as defined in Clause 6 of this Agreement.

• The Operator shall not distribute the Channels outside the Authorised Area through any other mode without the express written consent/agreement of the Broadcaster.

• The Parties agree that on signing of this Agreement, MSO shall have the non-exclusive right to distribute the subscribed Zee Group Channels on its Platform vide the designated headend(s) in the Authorised Area, simultaneously upon receipt of signal along with the multiple audio feed, if any, without interruption, editing, interference or alteration, to the MSO’s authorized subscribers only, hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”, as defined in Clause 6 of this Agreement.

• The parties agree that on signing of this Agreement, DTH Operator shall have the non-exclusive right to distribute the subscribed Zee Group Channels from its DTH Platform in the Authorised Area, simultaneously upon receipt of signal along with the multiple audio feed, if any, without interruption, editing, interference or alteration, to the DTH Operator’s authorized subscribers only, hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”, as defined in Clause 6 of this Agreement.

• The parties agree that on signing of this Agreement, DTH Operator shall have the non- exclusive right to distribute the subscribed Zee Group Channels from its DTH Platform in the Authorised Area, simultaneously upon receipt of signal along with the multiple audio feed, if any, without interruption, editing, interference or alteration, to the DTH Operator’s authorized subscribers only, hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”, as defined in Clause 6 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Authorised Area

Authorised Area means the area from time to time comprised in Schedule 1 to this Licence.
