Examples of Supplier Group Company in a sentence

  • Except for those amounts payable by Supplier to Purchaser under the Agreement, such as liquidated damages, Purchaser shall Indemnify Supplier Group from Purchaser Group's own Consequential Loss arising out of or in connection with Supply, regardless of cause or any form of liability, whether strict or by negligence, in whatever form, on the part of Supplier Group, Company Group, or any other person or party, and regardless of any other provisions of the Agreement.

  • If the Supplier or any Supplier Group Company has breached a mandatory requirement of the Supplier Code of Conduct, Volvo may notify the Supplier of same with information supporting its belief.

  • The Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of the Supplier or any Supplier Group Company which is not expressly set out in the Contract.

Related to Supplier Group Company

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;
