Examples of Subsequent Warrants in a sentence
Regarding any subsequent grants of warrants to board members (“Subsequent Warrants”) 50% of the Subsequent Warrants shall vest one year after the time of such subsequent grant and the remaining 50% of the Subsequent Warrants shall vest with 1/12 per month from one year after the time of such subsequent grant, subject to clause 3.5 below.
Any Person approved by the Company and the Required Holders may become a Subsequent Buyer and may purchase Subsequent Notes and Subsequent Warrants by duly executing and delivering a Joinder Agreement to the Company.
In the event the Holder determines, in its sole discretion, that any Subsequent Warrants contains terms more favorable to the holder(s) thereof than the terms set forth in this Warrant the Holder may elect to exchange the Warrant for such Subsequent Warrant based on the amount of Warrant Shares exercisable under the Warrant, if any, thereunder.
Any Initial Buyer may also purchase, at such Initial Buyer’s option, Subsequent Notes and Subsequent Warrants by delivering written notice to the Company (each, a “Subsequent Closing Notice”).
Neither Nautilus nor Superior Bearing is in violation of any provision of its Articles of Incorporation or By-laws.
