Subsequent Warrants definition

Subsequent Warrants has the meaning specified in Section 3(f).
Subsequent Warrants means a warrant or series of warrants to purchase the aggregate number of shares of New Athletics Common Stock determined pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof, if applicable, to be issued to VPVP pursuant to the terms of Section 5.2 hereof, if applicable, which Warrant or Warrants, if issued, shall be executed and delivered in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Subsequent Warrants means the 459,577,415 Warrants to be issued to the Purchasers in accordance with Schedule 1 hereto on the Subsequent Closing Date.
