Parent Warrant definition

Parent Warrant means each Parent Private Warrant and Parent Public Warrant.
Parent Warrant means one whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) Parent Ordinary Share at a price of $10.00.
Parent Warrant means each warrant to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock (or exercisable for cash).

  • Section 3.6(a) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule lists, as of the Reference Date, (A) each holder of issued and outstanding Parent Warrants, (B) the number and type of shares subject to each Parent Warrant, (C) the exercise price of each Parent Warrant and (D) the termination date of each Parent Warrant.
