Common Warrants definition

Common Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Common Warrants shall be exercisable immediately upon issuance and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years from the initial exercise date, in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Common Warrants means, collectively, the Series A Warrants and the Series B Warrants.
Common Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to each Purchaser at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which warrants shall be, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • The combined purchase price per Share and accompanying four (4) Tranche A-1 Common Warrants and one (1) Tranche A-2 Common Warrant is equal to the Share Price.
