Subscribed Products definition

Subscribed Products are the products and services identified in Appendix 1 that will be provided to the Subscriber pursuant to this Agreement, which Subscriber will have the right to provide to its Authorized Users (as defined herein) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Subscribed Products in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, more extensive usage terms might be permitted for open access content in the Subscribed Products as identified in the individual journal article as stated in the applicable user (e.g. CC) license.

  • The Fees set forth in Schedule 1 are agreed with regards to this availability of Subscribed Products.

  • Authorized Users who are individuals who are independent contractors or are employed by independent contractors may use the Subscribed Products only for the purposes of the contracted research work for the Subscriber.

  • Elsevier will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Subscribed Products are accessible and interoperable with prevailing web browsers and internet access tools, including, at a minimum, the most recent two major versions (current version and one version prior) and all the associated releases for those versions.

  • The parties to this Agreement declare that should the Agreement take effect after 1 January 2023, they will commence to perform their obligations and Elsevier provide access to the Subscribed Products as of 1 January 2023, i.e. before the commencement of this Agreement due to the necessity of access to the Subscribed Products of 1 January 2023, to the Subscriber and Authorized Users in the full scope of the authorization stipulated herein.

  • Remote access to the Subscribed Products by Walk-in Users is not permitted.

  • Your rights to one or more Subscribed Products may be limited to only a subset of the total publication years available online.

  • The invoice shall be delivered to the Lead Institution either originally or electronically to the e-mail address The invoice shall include a reference to the Subscribed Products pursuant to this Agreement..

  • Subscriber may construct a federated search interface to enable federated searching of the Subscribed Products by Subscriber and its Authorized Users.

  • Performance of the Elsevier’s obligation to make the Subscribed Products available before the Agreement takes effect shall be considered entirely as a performance according to and in compliance with this Agreement.

Related to Subscribed Products

  • Subscribed Channels means the a-la-carte channels and/or the bouquet of pay channels subscribed by the Licensee (from amongst the Channels), as are specifically identified by the Licensee by assigning tick marks (✔) as yes against such a-la-carte channels and bouquet of pay channels listed in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement, respectively.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.
