Advisers means a party or parties furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any investment advisory or investment management contract described in Article IV, Section 6(a) hereof;
Expert Advisor means a mechanical online trading system designed to automate trading activities on an electronic trading platform such as the Company’s Trading Platform. It can be programmed to alert the Client of a trading opportunity and can also trade his Trading Account automatically managing all aspects of trading operations from sending orders directly to the Trading Platform to automatically adjusting stop loss, Trailing Stops and take profit levels.

Advisor or “ADVISORS” means the Person or Persons, if any, appointed, employed or contracted with by the Company pursuant to Section 8.1 hereof and responsible for directing or performing the day-to-day business affairs of the Company, including any Person to whom the Advisor subcontracts all or substantially all of such functions.
Strategic Alliance Agreement means the Strategic Alliance Agreement among the Corporation, Ciba-Geigy Limited and Ciba-Geigy Corporation, dated as of September 29, 1995, as amended, and any of their respective permitted successors or assigns thereunder. Investment Advisory Services means (a) advice with respect to the desirability of investing in, purchasing or selling securities or other property, including the power to determine what securities or other property shall be purchased or sold, but not including furnishing only statistical and other factual information (such as economic factors and trends); and (b) the provision of financial, economic or investment management services, but only if ancillary and related to the advice referred to in clause (a) above.
Advisors has the meaning set forth in Section 14.06(c).
Strategic Partner means a strategic partner described in 22 USC 8601 to 8606.
Strategic Investor means a Corporation, partnership or other entity engaged in one or more Telecommunications Businesses that has, or 80% or more of the Voting Stock of which is owned by a Person that has, an equity market capitalization, at the time of its initial Investment in the Company or in a Permitted Joint Venture with the Company, in excess of $2 billion.
Investment Consultant means any individual or organization employed to provide advisory services, including advice on investment objectives and/or asset allocation, manager search, and performance monitoring.
Independent Advisor means an independent, nationally recognized accounting firm approved by the Parties, where such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by either Party.
Legal Advisor means the officer responsible for providing legal advice to the Standards Committee. This may be the Monitoring Officer, another legally qualified officer of the authority, or someone appointed for this purpose from outside the authority.
Sub-Advisor shall include the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates and the directors, officers and employees of the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates.
Advisory Services means the non-binding investment advisory services rendered by the Portfolio Manager to the Client. The Portfolio Manager shall be solely acting as an advisor to the Portfolio of the Client and shall not be responsible for the investment / divestment of Securities.
Legal Adviser means the properly qualified person appointed by the Trust to provide legal advice.
Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Advisory Board means the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board;
Independent Adviser means an independent financial institution of international repute or an independent financial adviser with appropriate expertise appointed by the Issuer under Condition 5(j)(i).
Sub-Adviser means an adviser to
Investment Facilitators/Advisors means an individual, firm, corporate or other entity appointed by the Management Company to identify, solicit and assist investors in investing in the Scheme. The investment facilitator/advisor is not authorized to perform the Distribution Functions. The Management Company shall compensate the Investment Facilitators.
