Advisors definition

Advisors has the meaning set forth in Section 14.06(c).
Advisors means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s accountants, attorneys and other confidential advisors and (ii) “Representatives” means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates, Subsidiaries, directors, managers, officers, employees, members, investors, financing sources, insurers, professional advisors, representatives and agents; provided that such Persons shall not be deemed to Representatives of a Person unless (and solely to the extent that) confidential information is furnished to such Person.
Advisors means accountants, attorneys, consultants, advisors, credit enhancers, liquidity providers and Persons similar to the foregoing and the respective directors, officers, employees and managers of each of the foregoing.

Advisors means the Person or Persons, if any, appointed, employed or contracted with by the General Partner pursuant to its Articles of Incorporation and responsible for directing or performing the day-to-day business affairs of the General Partner, including any Person to whom the Advisor subcontracts all or substantially all of such functions.
