STIBOR Screen Rate definition

STIBOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the Stockholm interbank offered rate administered by the Swedish Bankers’ Association (or any Person that takes over the administration of that rate) for SEK and for such Interest Period, displayed on the appropriate page of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Agent in its reasonable discretion as of the Specified Time on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period.
STIBOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the Stockholm interbank offered rate administered by the Swedish Bankers’ Association (or any other person that takes over the administration of that rate) for deposits in Swedish Krona with a term equivalent to such Interest Period as displayed on the Reuters screen page that displays such rate (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion) as of 11:00 a.m. London time two business days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period. If the STIBOR Screen Rate shall be less than zero, the STIBOR Screen Rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

Examples of STIBOR Screen Rate in a sentence

  • The applicable Alternate Base Rate, Canadian Base Rate, Adjusted LIBO Rate, LIBO Rate, CDOR Screen Rate, AUD Screen Rate or STIBOR Screen Rate shall be determined by the Administrative Agent, and such determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • CDOR Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of the term “CDOR Rate”.

  • Term SOFR Screen Rate means the forward-looking SOFR term rate administered by CME (or any successor administrator satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) and published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • Screen Rate means the British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rate for dollars for the relevant period, displayed on the appropriate page (being LIBOR 01) of the Reuters screen. If the agreed page is replaced or service ceases to be available, the Agent may specify another page or service displaying the appropriate rate after consultation with the Parent and the Lenders.

  • Interpolated Screen Rate means, in relation to LIBOR for any Loan, the rate (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the two relevant Screen Rates) which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day 2 Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • EURIBOR means the Euro-zone inter-bank offered rate.

  • HIBOR means the Hong Kong inter-bank offered rate.

  • LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • NIBOR means the Norwegian interbank offered rate;

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on Page 3750 of the Telerate Service (or on any successor or substitute page of such Service, or any successor to or substitute for such Service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Service, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period. In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the "LIBO Rate" with respect to such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • FX Screen Page means the FX Screen Page as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
