Interpolated Screen Rate definition

Interpolated Screen Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Loan denominated in any currency for any Interest Period, a rate per annum which results from interpolating on a linear basis between (a) the applicable Screen Rate for the longest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is shorter than such Interest Period and (b) the applicable Screen Rate for the shortest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is longer than such Interest Period, in each case as of approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the Quotation Day.
Interpolated Screen Rate means, in relation to LIBOR for any Loan, the rate (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the two relevant Screen Rates) which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:
Interpolated Screen Rate in relation to the LIBO Rate for any Loan, the rate which results from interpolating on a linear basis between: (a) the rate appearing on ICE Benchmark Administration page (or on any successor or substitute page of such service) for the longest period (for which that rate is available) which is less than the applicable Interest Period and (b) the rate appearing on the ICE Benchmark Administration page (or on any successor or substitute page of such service) for the shortest period (for which that rate is available) which exceeds the applicable Interest Period, each as of approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • If no Screen Rate is available for LIBOR or EURIBOR for the required currency or Interest Period of that Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Screen Rate, the Interest Period of that Loan shall (if it is longer than the applicable Fallback Interest Period) be shortened to the applicable Fallback Interest Period and the applicable LIBOR or applicable EURIBOR for that shortened Interest Period shall be determined pursuant to the definition of “LIBOR” or “EURIBOR” (as applicable).

  • Interpolated Screen Rate means, in relation to PRIBOR, the rate (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the two relevant Screen Rates) which results from interpolating on a linear basis between: (a) the applicable Screen Rate for the longest period (for which that Screen Rate is available) which is less than the relevant six month period; and(b) the applicable Screen Rate for the shortest period (for which that Screen Rate is available) which exceeds the relevant six month period.
