Screen Rate Determination definition

Screen Rate Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined and the Reference Rate specified in the applicable Final Terms is not XXXXX or SOFR, the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period will, subject as provided below, be either:
Screen Rate Determination means determination of the interest rate for Floating Rate Notes by reference to the relevant screen page for the applicable reference rate, as specified in the applicable Supplement.
Screen Rate Determination means the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined contained in Condition 6(b)(iii).

  • Where Screen Rate Determination applies to the calculation of interest, the applicable Final Terms will also specify the applicable Reference Rate, Interest Determination Date(s) and Relevant Screen Page.

More Definitions of Screen Rate Determination

Screen Rate Determination means, if specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, the manner in which the Rate of Interest on Floating Rate Covered Bonds will be determined in accordance with Condition 5.03 (Interest on Floating Rate Covered Bonds) of the Conditions;
Screen Rate Determination has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement;
Screen Rate Determination has, in relation to any Series of Covered Bonds, the meaning ascribed thereto in the applicable Final Terms.
