CDOR Screen Rate definition

CDOR Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of the termCDOR Rate”.
CDOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average rate for bankers acceptances as administered by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) with a tenor equal in length to such Interest Period, as displayed on CDOR page of the Reuters screen or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen or service that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected from time to time by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.
CDOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average rate for bankers acceptances as administered by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) with a tenor equal to such Interest Period, displayed on CDOR page of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen or service that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion) as of the Specified Time on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period.

Examples of CDOR Screen Rate in a sentence

  • Interest on (i) Base Rate Loans (including Base Rate Loans determined by reference to the Offshore Rate) and (ii) Offshore Rate Loans when the Offshore Base Rate is determined by reference to the CDOR Screen Rate, the AUD Screen Rate or the NZD Screen Rate, in each case shall be calculated on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Each such notice shall specify the class of Loans to be prepaid (Committed Loans or Swingline Loans), the date and amount of such prepayment and the Type(s) of such Loans to be prepaid and, if Eurocurrency Rate Loans or CDOR Rate Loans bearing interest by reference to the CDOR Screen Rate are to be prepaid, the Interest Period(s) of such Loans.

  • If the Company requests a Committed Borrowing of, conversion to or continuation of Eurocurrency Rate Loans or CDOR Rate Loans bearing interest by reference to the CDOR Screen Rate in any such Committed Loan Notice, but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one month.

  • The applicable Alternate Base Rate, Canadian Base Rate, Adjusted LIBO Rate, LIBO Rate, CDOR Screen Rate, AUD Screen Rate or STIBOR Screen Rate shall be determined by the Administrative Agent, and such determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

CDOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average rate for bankers acceptances as administered by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) with a tenor equal to the relevant period displayed on CDOR01 page of the Reuters Monitor Service (or, in the event such rate does not appear on a Reuters page or screen, on any successor or substitute page on such screen or service that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion) at or about 10:15 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period.
CDOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average rate for bankers acceptances as administered by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) with a tenor equal in length to such Interest Period, as displayed on CDOR page of the Reuters screen at or about 10:00 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) on the day that is two Business Days prior to the first day of the Interest Period or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen or service that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected from time to time by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.
CDOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the Canadian deposit offered rate which, in turn means on any day the annual rate of interest determined with reference to the arithmetic average of the discount rate quotations of all institutions listed in respect of the relevant Interest Period for Canadian Dollar-denominated bankers’ acceptances displayed and identified as such on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” as defined in the International Swap Dealer Association, Inc. definitions, as modified and amended from time to time, as of 10:00 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period (as adjusted by the Administrative Agent after 10:00 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) to reflect any error in the posted rate of interest or in the posted average annual rate of interest); provided that if such rates are not available on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page on any particular day, then the Canadian deposit offered rate component of such rate on that day shall be calculated as the cost of funds quoted by the Administrative Agent to raise Canadian Dollars for the applicable Interest Period as of 10:00 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period for commercial loans or other extensions of credit to businesses of comparable credit risk; or if such day is not a Business Day, then as quoted by the Administrative Agent on the immediately preceding Business Day.

CDOR Screen Rate means on any day for the relevant Interest Period, the annual rate of interest equal to the average rate applicable to Canadian dollar Canadian bankers’ acceptances for the applicable period that appears on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” as defined in the International Swap Dealer Association, Inc. definitions, as modified and amended from time to time (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page or screen, on any successor or substitute page or screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time, as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion), rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1% (with .005% being rounded up), as of 10:15 a.m. Toronto local time on the first day of such Interest Period and, if such day is not a business day, then on the immediately preceding business day (as adjusted by Administrative Agent after 10:15 a.m. Toronto local time to reflect any error in the posted rate of interest or in the posted average annual rate of interest). If the CDOR Screen Rate shall be less than zero, the CDOR Screen Rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
