LIBOR Index Rate definition

LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one-sixteenth of one percent) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for delivery on the first day of and for a period equal to such Interest Period in an amount equal or comparable to the principal amount of the Eurodollar Loan scheduled to be made by each Lender as part of such Borrowing, which appears on the Applicable Telerate Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day two (2) Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.
LIBOR Index Rate is defined in the Note, if applicable.
LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day two (2) Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.

Examples of LIBOR Index Rate in a sentence

  • Each prepayment shall be applied first to the Base Rate Loans to the full extent thereof, and next to LIBOR Index Rate Loans to the full extent thereof.

  • If such Advance is a LIBOR Rate Advance, at (i) the LIBOR Index Rate plus (ii) the Applicable Margin.

  • If the requested Revolving Loan is to be a Base Rate Loan or a LIBOR Index Rate Loan, then, such Notice of Borrowing must be received by Administrative Agent at or before 11:00 a.m. on the Business Day on which Borrowers desire such Revolving Loan to be made.

  • Each Notice of Borrowing for a Revolving Loan shall specify (i) the amount of the Borrowing; (ii) the requested funding date (which must be a Business Day); (iii) whether the Borrowing is requested to be made as a Swing Line Loan, (iv) whether the Borrowing is requested to be made as a Base Rate Loan, LIBOR Index Rate Loan or Adjusted LIBOR Rate Loan; and (v) in the case of an Adjusted LIBOR Rate Loan, the duration of the applicable Interest Period.


More Definitions of LIBOR Index Rate

LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Adjustment Period after the first Interest Adjustment Period, the BBA's LIBOR Rate for the LIBOR Index released by the BBA most recently preceding the first day of such Interest Adjustment Period, as such LIBOR Rate is displayed on the LIBOR Index Page. The LIBOR Index Rate for the first Interest Adjustment Period means the British Bankers Association's (BBA) LIBOR Rate for the LIBOR Index released by the BBA most recently preceding the first day of the month in which the first Interest Adjustment Period begins, as such LIBOR Rate is displayed on the LIBOR Index Page. "LIBOR Index Page" is the Bloomberg L.P., page "BBAM", or such other page for the LIBOR Index as may replace page BBAM on that service, or at the option of Lender (i) the applicable page for the LIBOR Index on another service which electronically transmits or displays BBA LIBOR Rates, or (ii) any publication of LIBOR rates available from the BBA. In the event the BBA ceases to set or publish a LIBOR rate/interest settlement rate for the LIBOR Index, Lender will designate an alternative index, and such alternative index shall constitute the LIBOR Index Page.
LIBOR Index Rate is defined in Section 1.4(b) hereof.
LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Index Rate Determination Date, the rate per annum obtained by dividing (a) the Index Rate by (b) an amount equal to (i) one, minus (ii) the Applicable Reserve Requirement.
LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day 2 Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period. “LIBOR01 Page” means the display designated as “LIBOR01 Page” on the Reuters Service (or such other page as may replace the LIBOR01 Page on that service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rates for U.S. Dollar deposits). Each determination of LIBOR made by the Bank shall be conclusive and binding absent manifest error.
LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Adjustment Period after the first Interest Adjustment Period, ICE’s LIBOR rate for the LIBOR Index released by ICE most recently preceding the first day of such Interest Adjustment Period, as such LIBOR rate is displayed on the LIBOR Index Page. The LIBOR Index Rate for the first Interest Adjustment Period means ICE’s LIBOR rate for the LIBOR Index released by ICE most recently preceding the first day of the month in which the first Interest Adjustment Period begins, as such LIBOR rate is displayed on the LIBOR Index Page; provided, however, that if at any time the LIBOR Index Rate is less than zero, the LIBOR Index Rate shall be deemed to be zero for all purposes of this Note and the Loan Agreement.
LIBOR Index Rate means the rate of interest (rounded to the nearest ten thousandth of one percent, with five hundred thousandths being rounded upward) determined on each LIBOR Determination Date by the Indexing Agent for the period commencing on the first Business Day of the first calendar month following such LIBOR Determination Date to but not including the first Business Day of the second calendar month following such LIBOR Determination Date, which is equal to seventy percent (70%) of LIBOR, plus the Spread; provided, however, that in no event shall the LIBOR Index Rate exceed the Maximum Rate.
LIBOR Index Rate is defined in Section 2.3(b) hereof.
