LIBOR Screen Rate definition

LIBOR Screen Rate means the LIBOR quote on the applicable screen page the Administrative Agent designates to determine LIBOR (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).
LIBOR Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofLIBO Rate”.
LIBOR Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofEurodollar Base Rate”.

  • No replacement of the LIBOR Screen Rate with a Benchmark Replacement pursuant to this Section 2.22 will occur prior to the applicable Benchmark Transition Start Date.

More Definitions of LIBOR Screen Rate

LIBOR Screen Rate means the rate per annum equal to the London Interbank Offered Rate as administered by ICE Benchmark Administration (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate for U.S. Dollars) for a period equal in length to such Interest Period (“LIBOR”), as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page or other applicable screen page the Administrative Agent designates to determine LIBOR (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).
LIBOR Screen Rate has the meaning specified in the definition ofLIBOR Rate”, contained in this Section 1.1.
LIBOR Screen Rate means the London interbank offered rate administered by the ICE Benchmark Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for such LIBOR Quoted Currency for a period equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on pages LIBOR01 or LIBOR02 of the Reuters screen or, in the event such rate does not appear on either of such Reuters pages, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion.
LIBOR Screen Rate means the London interbank offered rate administered by the Intercontinental Exchange Benchmark Administration (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for dollar deposits for a period equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on pages LIBOR01 or LIBOR02 of the Reuters screen or, in the event such rate does not appear on either of such Reuters pages, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion; provided that, if any LIBOR Screen Rate (including any Benchmark Replacement with respect thereto) shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
LIBOR Screen Rate means, for any Interest Period, in the case of any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in a LIBOR Quoted Currency, the London interbank offered rate administered by the ICE Benchmark Administration (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for such LIBOR Quoted Currency for a period equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on pages LIBOR01 or LIBOR02 of the Reuters Screen or, in the event such rate does not appear on either of such Reuters pages, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion; provided that, if the LIBOR Screen Rate so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
LIBOR Screen Rate means, for any day and time, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period or for any CBFR Borrowing, the London interbank offered rate as administered by ICE Benchmark Administration (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate for Dollars) for a period equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on such day and time on pages LIBOR01 or LIBOR02 of the Reuters screen that displays such rate (or, in the event such rate does not appear on a Reuters page or screen, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Lender in its reasonable discretion); provided that if the LIBOR Screen Rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes of this Agreement.
