State Administrative Fee definition

State Administrative Fee means the administrative fee, if any, as the State may approve from time to time, payable by each Borrower in accordance with the terms of its State Loan Agreement.
State Administrative Fee means the Treasurer’s share of the Management Fee as set forth in section 6 of this Agreement.
State Administrative Fee means a portion of the fees collected from Assets under management and remitted to the Board to cover the Board’s costs of facilitating the IRA Program.
