Certificate Administrator Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and the beneficial interest of the Trust Fund in each REO Mortgage Loan, the fee designated as such and payable to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 8.05(a). The Certificate Administrator Fee includes the Tax Administrator Fee and the Trustee Fee, each of which shall be paid by the Certificate Administrator as provided herein.
Certificate Administrator Fee. The fee to be paid to the Certificate Administrator as compensation for the Certificate Administrator’s activities under this Agreement; provided that the Certificate Administrator Fee includes the Trustee Fee, and the Certificate Administrator shall pay the Trustee Fee to the Trustee.

Examples of Certificate Administrator Fee in a sentence
The Trustee Fee and the Certificate Administrator Fee accrued during each calendar month shall be payable in the next succeeding calendar month.
The Certificate Administrator Fee shall constitute the Certificate Administrator’s sole form of compensation for the exercise and performance of its powers and duties hereunder, except for the reimbursement of expenses specifically provided for herein.
The Trustee Fee (which shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust) and the Certificate Administrator Fee (the latter of which includes the Tax Administrator Fee) shall constitute the sole compensation of the Trustee and the Certificate Administrator and the Tax Administrator, respectively, for such services to be rendered by it.
No Trustee Fee or Certificate Administrator Fee shall be payable with respect to any Companion Loan.

Certificate Administrator Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (including a Mortgage Loan that relates to an REO Property or is a Defeasance Loan) for any related Mortgage Loan Accrual Period, the amount of interest accrued during such related Mortgage Loan Accrual Period at the related Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on the same balance, in the same manner and for the same number of days as interest at the applicable Mortgage Rate accrued with respect to such Mortgage Loan during such related Mortgage Loan Accrual Period; provided, that a portion of the Certificate Administrator Fee shall be applied to pay the Trustee Fee and the Custodian Fee.
