Specs or “Specifications” mean (i) MOTRICITY’s applicable specifications and descriptions, including any warranty statements, and (ii) CINGULAR’s requirements, specifications, and descriptions specified in, or attached to, this Agreement or an applicable Order, which shall control over an inconsistency with MOTRICITY’s specifications and descriptions.

Specs means Spec's Music, Inc., a Florida corporation, and its successors and assigns.
