Specified Real Estate definition

Specified Real Estate means, parcels of real property owned by any Loan Party with a Fair Market Value of greater than $3,000,000, as reasonably estimated in good faith by the Borrower.
Specified Real Estate means the Canal Development Mortgaged Property and the Fultxx Xxxelopment Mortgaged Property.
Specified Real Estate means (a) each owned real property of any Loan Party or a Subsidiary listed on Schedule 1.01(b) as of the Restatement Effective Date and (b) any other real property that is owned by any Loan Party or Subsidiary at any time after the Restatement Effective Date.
