It is the Investment Corporation’s asset investment policy to make an investment, so that the ratio of the aggregate value of the Specified Real Estate, as defined below, to the aggregate value of the Specified Assets is at least 75%.
The Specified Real Estate shall mean, among the Specified Assets, the real estate, leaseholds of real estate, surface rights or the beneficiary rights of trusts for ownership of real estate, leaseholds of land or surface rights.
