SNL Index definition

SNL Index means the SNL US REIT Equity Index as published from time to time (or a successor index including a comparable universe of United States publicly treated real estate investment trusts).
SNL Index means, for periods ending on or prior to December 31, 2018, the SNL U.S. REIT Equity Index, as published from time to time, and for periods beginning on and after January 1, 2019, the SNL U.S. REIT Industrial Index, as published from time to time (or, in each case, a successor index including a comparable universe of United States publicly treated real estate investment trusts).
SNL Index means the SNL US REIT Hotel Index as published from time to time (or a successor index including a comparable universe of United States publicly treated real estate investment trusts).

Examples of SNL Index in a sentence

  • In the event SNL Financial LC ceases to publish the SNL Index, the Committee will engage an independent compensation consultant to assist the Committee in selecting a new bank index or bank peer group for purposes of determining if a Performance Goal has been met.

  • If the ratio of the Company’s ROA to the SNL Index is greater than or equal to 61% and less than 71%, 75% of the Restricted Stock Benefit will vest on the Vesting Date.

  • If the ratio of the Company’s ROA to the SNL Index is greater than or equal to 81% and less than 91%, 100% of the Restricted Stock Benefit will vest on the Vesting Date.

  • In the event S&P Global Market Intelligence LLC (or any successor) ceases to publish the SNL Index, the Committee will engage an independent compensation consultant to assist the Committee in selecting a new bank index or bank peer group for purposes of determining if a Performance Goal has been met.

  • If the percentile rank of the Company’s ROA to the SNL Index is greater than or equal to 51% and less than 61%, 50% of the Restricted Stock Benefit will vest on the Vesting Date.

  • If the percentile rank of the Company’s ▇▇▇ to the SNL Index is greater than or equal to 61% and less than 71%, 75% of the Restricted Stock Benefit will vest on the Vesting Date.
