Inflation Index definition

Inflation Index means each inflation index specified in the applicable Final Terms and related expressions shall be construed accordingly.
Inflation Index means the Consumer Price Index, for All-items in British Columbia as published by Statistics Canada or, if such index in its present form becomes unavailable, such similar index as may be agreed by the parties, acting reasonably or failing agreement as determined by the Dispute Resolution Procedure;
Inflation Index means the relevant inflation index set out in Annex I to this Base Prospectus specified in the applicable Final Terms;

More Definitions of Inflation Index

Inflation Index means (i) the GNP deflator, which is the fixed-weighted price index representing the average change in the United States gross national product as published in the Survey of Current Business by the National Income and Wealth Division of the Bureau of Economic Analysis of the U.S. Department of Commerce, or (ii) such other index measuring changes in economic prices in the United States as shall be selected by the Managing Member.
Inflation Index means the change in the general price level of goods and services as measured by the Gross National Product Implicit Price Deflator of the Bureau of Economic Analysis, U.S. Department of Commerce calculated as provided in Section 63J-3-202.
Inflation Index means the index specified as such in the Final Terms.
Inflation Index means the Index, as specified in the Final Terms (or in the case of Exempt Notes, the relevant Pricing Supplement) and published by the relevant Index Sponsor;

Whenever an amount is to be “adjusted by the Inflation Index,” or similar terminology, the adjustment will be equal to the percentage change in the Inflation Index for the month in which the adjustment is to be made (or if the Inflation Index for that month is not available, the Inflation Index for the most recent month that is available) as compared to the Inflation Index which was issued for the month in which the Effective Date occurred, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Inflation Index means either the RPI, the HICP, the French CPI, the Italian CPI or the U.S. CPI, as specified in the Final Terms (or in the case of Exempt Notes, the relevant Pricing Supplement) and published by the relevant Index Sponsor.
