  • The parties agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data within Smart Data, you may be a Controller or Processor and We will be a Processor or sub-Processor (as applicable) of Personal Data within that data set which is provided, or otherwise gained, by your and your Users’ use of the Services.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).
