Sludge Management Plan definition

Sludge Management Plan means a detailed plan of operation for land application of sewage sludge, or any other method of sewage sludge disposal other than co-disposal in a permitted sanitary landfill. The plan shall, at a minimum, comply with the regulations and any additional requirements established by the EPD pursuant to the Federal Act Section 405(d), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and 40 CFR 503.
Sludge Management Plan means the Borough of Washington Sludge Management Plan approved by the NJDEP on June 11, 1997.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.
