Site Improvement Work definition

Site Improvement Work means any work required to construct all parking and other common areas of the Area A - Phase I Property (but excluding the ▇▇▇▇▇ Member's Property) pursuant to the Developer's Agreement, including (without limitation) utilities, drainage, irrigation, grading, paving, roadwork, parking areas, curbing, lighting and landscaping, which Site Improvement Work shall be paid by ▇▇▇▇▇ Member without reimbursement by the Company or Inland Member.
Site Improvement Work means any work required to construct or improve all parking and other common areas of any Property, including utilities, drainage, irrigation, grading, paving, roadwork, parking areas, curbing, signs, lighting and landscaping.

Examples of Site Improvement Work in a sentence

  • The termination of this Lease for a Parcel does not change the valuation for the Site Improvement Work completed on the Parcel whose Lease has been terminated, as more fully described in Exhibit B.1.
