Shield Information definition

Shield Information means all Personal Information that relates to individuals in the European Union or Switzerland and that is otherwise covered by the Privacy Shield.
Shield Information means all Personal Information collected by KSE, whether electronically or manually, through (i) the Site, (ii) e-mail messages and other electronic communications that you may send to KSE, and (iii) other sources in the ordinary course of KSE’s business that relates to individuals in the European Union or Switzerland and that is otherwise covered by the Privacy Shield.
Shield Information means all Personal Information collected by ASG, whether electronically or manually, through (i) the Site, (ii) any Software, (iii) e-mail messages and other electronic communications that you may send to ASG, and (iv) other sources in the ordinary course of ASG’s business, that relates to individuals residing in the European Union or Switzerland and that is covered by the Privacy Shield.

Examples of Shield Information in a sentence

  • In cases of onward transfers to third parties of Shield Information, KSE is potentially liable for the failure of such third party to comply with the Privacy Shield.

  • Regardless of the method used to obtain Collected Information, KSE will collect and retain Personal Information on the primary and backup files of KSE (or a third party acting on its behalf) only to an extent that is relevant to the purposes for which it is provided by you, and except for Shield Information, for KSE’s other legitimate business purposes (including, but not limited to, marketing).

  • Total Cost of Ownership and Cost FactorsTCO, in a strict sense, is the sum of the initial investment required to purchase an asset ( CapEx) plus the operating costs that the cloud generates (OpEx).

  • KSE will delete Shield Information from its servers (and servers of third parties acting on behalf of KSE) when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and processed, unless KSE has another lawful basis to continue holding it.

More Definitions of Shield Information

Shield Information means all Personal Information electronically collected by U.S. Luvata that relates to individuals in the European Union or Switzerland and that is covered by the Privacy Shield Principles (including, but not limited to, name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number and human resources information); and
Shield Information means all Personal Information collected by Toptech, whether electronically or manually, through (i) the Site, (ii) any Software, (iii) e-mail messages and other electronic communications that you send to Toptech and (iv) other sources in the ordinary course of Toptech’s business that relates to individuals in the European Union or Switzerland and that is covered by the Privacy Shield Principles.

Related to Shield Information

  • Background Information means various types of information provided by the Sponsors and is defined in RFP Section 2.4(1)(b);

  • Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and

  • Requested Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Foreground Information means all Intellectual Property first conceived, developed, produced or reduced to practice as part of the Work under the Contract;

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Covered information as used in this paragraph includes any and all information concerning a student by which a student may be individually identified and includes “Covered Information” as defined in 105 ILCS 85/5 as amended, “School Student Records” as defined in 105 ILCS 10/2 and “Personally Identifiable Information” as defined in 34 C.F.R. 99.3. For purposes of this Addendum Customer Personal Data (as defined in the Agreement) will have the same meaning as Covered information.

  • Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Generated Information means information produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • Transferred Information means the personal information (namely, information about an identifiable individual other than their business contact information when used or disclosed for the purpose of contacting such individual in that individual’s capacity as an employee or an official of an organization and for no other purpose) that is in the control of a Party that is to be disclosed or conveyed to the other Party or any of its Representatives or agents by or on behalf of such Party as a result of or in conjunction with the transactions contemplated herein, and includes all such personal information disclosed to such other Party prior to the execution of this Agreement;

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Excluded Information With respect to any Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan, any information and reports solely relating to such Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan and/or the related Mortgaged Property or portfolio of Mortgaged Properties, including, without limitation, any Asset Status Reports, Final Asset Status Reports (or summaries thereof), any Appraisals, inspection reports (related to Specially Serviced Loans conducted by the Special Servicer or the Excluded Special Servicer, as applicable), any Officer’s Certificates delivered by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.20(c) or Section 4.06(b) supporting a non-recoverability determination, the Operating Advisor Annual Reports, any determination of the Special Servicer’s net present value calculation, any Appraisal Reduction Amount calculations, environmental assessments, seismic reports and property condition reports and such other information and reports designated as Excluded Information (other than such information with respect to such Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan that is aggregated with information of other Mortgage Loans at a pool level) by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor, as the case may be. For the avoidance of doubt, any file or report contained in the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP) (other than the CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File and CREFC® Special Servicer Property File relating to any Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan) and any Schedule AL Additional File shall not be considered “Excluded Information.” Each of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor shall deliver any Excluded Information for posting to the Certificate Administrator’s Website to the Certificate Administrator in accordance with Section 3.32 hereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the Certificate Administrator’s obligation to segregate any information delivered to it under the “Excluded Information” tab on the Certificate Administrator’s Website shall be triggered solely by such information being delivered in the manner provided in Section 3.32 hereof.

  • De-identified information means health information that

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Your Information means any information relating to you, your use of the EB Services, your Electronic Instructions, your Transactions and your Accounts, including any Personal Data you provide to us.3.3 ERP Linked Services.(a) The ERP Linked Services allow you to obtain information relating to your Accounts, provide Electronic Instructions to us via the ERP Platform and use such other features, facilities or functionalities as we shall make available from time to time.(b) You irrevocably and unconditionally authorise any User to sign up and activate the ERP Linked Services.3.4 Disclosure of Your Information. In addition to Clause 8.2 of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions and Clause 2.1 of this Section, you acknowledge and agree that we and our officers, employees and agents are authorised to provide or disclose Your Information to any ERP Provider and/or its affiliates. You agree and acknowledge that we shall have no responsibility or liability or control over any ERP Provider’s disclosure, use or handling of Your Information.3.5 Use of the ERP Linked Services.(a) To use the ERP Linked Services, you must be a subscriber of the ERP Platform or have a valid licence from the ERP Provider to use its ERP Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with your subscription to or licence of the ERP Platform and any infrastructure (including without limitation any equipment, software, network or communication facilities) required to support your use of the ERP Platform. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.

  • Transparency Information means the content of this Contract in its entirety, including from time to time agreed changes to the Contract, and details of any payments made by the Authority to the Contractor under the Contract;

  • Specified Information means information in a children's protective services case record related specifically to the department's actions in responding to a complaint of child abuse or child neglect. Specified information does not include any of the following:

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.
