Foreground Information definition

Foreground Information means all Intellectual Property first conceived, developed, produced or reduced to practice as part of the Work under the Contract;
Foreground Information means any Invention first conceived, developed or reduced to practice as part of the Work under the Contract and all other Technical Information conceived, developed or produced as part of the Work under the Contract;
Foreground Information means any Information that is generated as a result of the activities conducted within the framework of a Project concerned, as specified in the corresponding Project Agreement;

More Definitions of Foreground Information

Foreground Information means data, know-how or information generated in the performance of the Fund, whatever its form or nature;
