Settlement Distribution Order definition

Settlement Distribution Order means the Order approving the Claims Administratorsadministrative determinations concerning the acceptance and rejection of the claims submitted by potential Settlement Class Members; approving of any fees and expenses not previously applied for, including the fees and expenses of the Claims Administrator; and directing the distribution of the Net Settlement Fund to Authorized Claimants.
