Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean the remainder of the Settlement Fund after deductions for court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A), court-approved service payments to Named Plaintiffs as described in Section 3.3, the Reserve/Training Costs Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, as described in Section 2.1.

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” means the Gross Settlement Fund minus Arbitrator-approved attorneys’ fees and expenses, Arbitrator-approved Service Awards to the Named Plaintiffs, and the Settlement Administrators fees and expenses.
Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” means the “Settlement Payment” less: (a) the amount of any litigation expenses and/or costs approved by the Court and awarded to Plaintiffs’ Counsel; (b) the amount of any incentive award approved by the Court and paid to the Named Plaintiffs; and (c) any interest earned and attributable to these awards, respectively, while in escrow.

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” means the remainder of the Gross Settlement Amount after deductions for: (1) the Settlement Claim Administrator’s fees; (2) Court- approved attorneys’ fees and costs for Class Counsel; (3) Court-approved Service Awards to Named Plaintiffs in return for a general release; and (4) the LWDA Payment.
Net Settlement Fund. The Settlement Fund, less all taxes, expenses of the Notice and administration of the Settlement, and other court-approved expenses, attorneys’ fees, and class representative enhancement awards (the “Net Settlement Fund”) shall be distributed to members of the Class who timely submit valid Proofs of Claim (“Authorized Claimants”) as described below.
Net Settlement Fund. The Net Settlement Fund will consist of the remainder of the Cash Settlement Fund after payment of all Settlement Administrator Costs, the Class Representative Service Payment, and Plaintiff’s Counsel’s Fees and Expenses.

Net Settlement Fund. The Net Settlement Fund will consist of at least $14,000,000 of the Cash Settlement Fund. The Net Settlement Fund will first be allocated pro rata in an amount up to $175.00 to each Authorized Claimant who submits a Claim for the Cash Benefit. Any remaining funds in the Net Settlement Fund will be allocated pro rata to Authorized Claimants who bought more than one tube of Lash Boost, up to another $175.00 for one additional unit purchased, with submission of documentary proof of multiple purchases of Lash Boost. Proof of purchase shall include, but is not limited to, receipts, cancelled checks, or credit card statements showing payment(s) to R+F for purchases of Lash Boost. If there are any funds in the Net Settlement Fund that remain unclaimed after allocation of the Cash Benefits and Cash Repeat Purchaser Benefits, the Parties agree to meet and confer on a plan of distribution within thirty (30) days after allocation of all Cash Benefits and Cash Repeat Purchaser Benefits and submit a plan of distribution to the Court for approval. The Cash Benefit and Cash Repeat Purchaser Benefits will not be distributed to Settlement Class Members until after the Settlement Date.
