Examples of Service Change Request in a sentence

  • The Credit Union may not accept any Service Change Request not provided on an official form, or in some cases, by email, as previously indicated.

  • Supplier will provide Professional Services under a Service Change Request through a designated Program/Project Director/Manager, who will provide an agreed upon minimum level of supervision over other Supplier personnel as specified in the applicable Service Change Request.

  • The Agreement and each Exhibit A – Service Order Form or Service Change Request shall remain in effect unless terminated as provided herein.

Related to Service Change Request

  • Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;
