Service Change definition

Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

Service Change is any configuration or maintenance change made to Service or Service Platform, whether Customer initiated or LightEdge initiated.

Examples of Service Change in a sentence

• After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

• Any Service Change made by the parties shall become part of the Services for all purposes under this Agreement thereafter.

• Any change to the Services agreed by the Service Provider (a “Service Change”) will be set forth in an amendment to the Services Schedule signed by both Parties; each such amendment will specify (i) the timeline and dependencies, and the parties’ respective obligations, for implementing the Service Change and (ii) any implementation or additional ongoing fees and expenses that may be required to effect such Service Change.

More Definitions of Service Change

Service Change means any addition or deletion resulting in the physical realignment of a transit route or a change in the type or frequency of service provided in a specific, regularly scheduled transit route.

We may also provide you Hardware for trial. We retain ownership of Bundled Hardware and Hardware provided for trial. We retain ownership of Unbundled Hardware until it is fully paid for. We sell and supply Hardware in accordance with the Terms of Service.
