Member Country definition

Member Country means the member of the Association in whose territory the Project is carried out or any such member’s political or administrative subdivisions.”

If the Grant is extended by the World Bank to such member as a party to the Grant Agreement, the term “Member Country” and “Recipient” refer to the same entity.
