Security Elements definition

Security Elements means, collectively, the login ID and password for the UPS profile maintained at xxx.xxx (formerly known as My UPS password and ID), and UPS Developer Kit API Developer’s Key and UPS Developer Kit API Access Key specific to You, which enables limited access to the UPS Developer Kit APIs hosted at the UPS Systems at UPS’s sole discretion. For clarity, Your credentials associated with a third party credential provider (e.g., Facebook) and used for purposes of the single-sign on feature of UPS profile maintained at xxx.xxx are not Security Elements. Service Provider has the definition provided in the third paragraph of the General Terms and Conditions.
Security Elements means one -time password via OTP SMS message, combined with the security elements provided by the device in use, such as username / password, device lock, etc.
Security Elements means credentials issued by UPS and specific to You which enable limited access to the UPS Technology at UPS’s sole discretion. Examples of Security Elements include the login ID and password for the UPS profile maintained at xxx.xxx (formerly known as My UPS password and ID), the UPS Developer Kit API Developer’s Key, UPS Developer Kit API Access Key and OAuth generated Client ID, Client Secret, Access Token and Refresh Token, which enable limited access to the UPS Developer Kit APIs hosted at the UPS Systems. For clarity, Your credentials associated with a third party credential provider (e.g., Facebook) and used for purposes of the single-sign on feature of UPS profile maintained at xxx.xxx are not Security Elements. Service Provider has the definition provided in the third paragraph of the General Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Security Elements in a sentence

  • The median service at retirement is decreasing, primarily indicating fewer members are purchasing service.

  • You are not permitted to access UPS Technology using the System Account and Security Elements assigned to any other Person.

More Definitions of Security Elements

Security Elements means SMS OTP, Mobile Cronto or Hardware Cronto.
Security Elements means the identification/authorisation measures acceptable to the Bank (e.g. User ID, PIN Generator, Electronic Signature, etc.) allowing identification of the User and confirmation of the Operations. Other terms used in these Standard terms and conditions have the same meaning as set out in the General Conditions.

Related to Security Elements

  • Security alarm system means a device or series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement personnel during, or as a result of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal; motion detectors, pressure switches, duress alarms (a silent system signal generated by the entry of a designated code into the arming station to indicate that the user is disarming under duress); panic alarms (an audible system signal to indicate an emergency situation); and hold-up alarms (a silent system signal to indicate that a robbery is in progress).

  • Security Entitlements means the rights and property interests of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset.

  • Security System means the building access control system developed by Manager and known as the O.P.E.N.centrix - Open Platform for Essential Networks, which includes, without limitation, the Application Software, the firmware containing the Application Software, the O.P.E.N.cortex platform software and all hardware related thereto;

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • Security Account “Software”, and “Supporting Obligations”.

  • Security Control means a safeguard or countermeasure prescribed for an information system or an organization designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information and to meet a set of defined security requirements.

The ongoing existence and occurrence of attempted but Unsuccessful Security Incidents shall not constitute a Cybersecurity Event under this definition. “Unsuccessful Security Incidents” are activities such as pings and other broadcast attacks on Provider’s firewall, port scans, unsuccessful log-on attempts, denials of service and any combination of the above, so long as no such incident results in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of Molina Nonpublic Information or sustained interruption of service obligations to Molina.

  • Security Assets means all assets of the Chargor the subject of any security created by this Deed.

  • Firearm accessory means a device specifically designed or adapted to enable an individual to wear, carry, store, or mount a firearm on the individual or on a conveyance and an item used in conjunction with or mounted on a firearm that is not essential to the basic function of the firearm. The term includes a detachable firearm magazine.

  • Security Plan means the Contractor’s security plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule (Security Requirements & Plan)

  • Storm water or wastewater collection system means piping, pumps, conduits, and any other equipment necessary to collect and transport the flow of surface water run-off resulting from precipitation, or domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater to and from retention areas or any areas where treatment is designated to occur. The collection of storm water and wastewater does not include treatment except where incidental to conveyance.

  • Control apparatus means any device which prevents or controls the emission of any air contaminant directly or indirectly into the outdoor atmosphere.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
