Such Grantor represents that except for any Patent Collateral, Trademark Collateral, and Copyright Collateral specified in Item A, Item B and Item C, respectively, of Schedule III hereto, and any and all Trade Secrets Collateral, as of the date hereof, such Grantor does not own and has no interests in any other Intellectual Property Collateral material to the operations or business of such Grantor, other than the Computer Hardware and Software Collateral.
