SaaS Implementation and Training Services means the services by which the Contractor will implement all necessary Software configurations and modules necessary to make the SaaS Application available and accessible to City.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
