Royalty Products definition

Royalty Products means a kit designed, developed, manufactured, or sold by Licensee or its Affiliates or its Distributors comprising “Licensed Technology” in each case the design, development, manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, provision, or import of which would be, but for the License, an infringement of a Valid claim of the Patent Rights.

Royalty Products means any [REDACTED] product sold by Purchaser, its Affiliates or either of their licensees.

Royalty Products means Licensed Products sold or marketed by Licensee, its Affiliates or Sublicensees under trade names, trademarks or product names licensed under this Agreement.

Royalty Products has the meaning given such term in the Royalty Agreement.

Royalty Products shall have the meaning assigned to that term in recital E to this Agreement.
