ROFO Notice Date definition

ROFO Notice Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(a).

ROFO Notice Date. The ROFO Notice shall set forth the number and class or series of Interests to be offered (the “ROFO Offered Interests”).

ROFO Notice Date. The ROFO Notice shall include the number of each series of Units that the ROFO Offeror desires to Dispose (the “ROFO Units”).

ROFO Notice Date means the date on which Seller delivers the ROFO Notice.
