The Company may deliver a Purchase Notice to the Investor between 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on a Regular Purchase Notice Date, stating the number of Ordinary Shares required to be purchased by the Investor (the “Regular Purchase Quantity”), subject to the Regular Purchase Limit.
