Redemption Notice Date definition
Redemption Notice Date means, with respect to a Redemption, the date on which the Company sends the Redemption Notice for such Redemption pursuant to Section 4.03(F).
Redemption Notice Date means the date on which a Redemption Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 16.02.
Redemption Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b).

The Redemption Date for any Redemption will be a Business Day of the Company’s choosing that is no more than sixty (60), nor less than thirty (30), calendar days after the Redemption Notice Date for such Redemption.
If the Company elects to redeem fewer than all of the outstanding Notes, at least fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) aggregate principal amount of Notes must be outstanding and not subject to Redemption as of the Redemption Notice Date for such Redemption (such requirement, the “Partial Redemption Limitation”).
