RMS Group definition

RMS Group means the group of staff designated by the Secretary of the Department of Transport in accordance with the Transport Administration (Staff) Regulation as being part of the RMS Group who are not part of the Transport Senior Service.
RMS Group. – means the group of staff designated by the Secretary of the Department of Transport in accordance with the Transport Administration Act 1988 as being part of the RMS Group who are not part of any other Group of Staff. A Memorandum of Understanding dated 31 July 2019 between the Secretary of the Department of Transport and the Secretary of Unions NSW applies to any proposed changes to an employee’s designation as being part of the RMS Group throughout the life of this Award. In the event of any dispute about the MOU, clause 5, Disputes Settlement Procedure applies.
RMS Group means, collectively, RMS, each general and limited partner of RMS, and any other person that acts as a “group” (within the meaning of Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act) with RMS for the purpose of acquiring, holding or disposing of Class B Common Stock.

Examples of RMS Group in a sentence

  • Employee means a person employed as a member of the Transport Service in the RMS Group and covered by this Award.

  • The disturbance allowance is payable under the arrangements set out in the RMS Group On-Call and Disturbance Allowance Procedure.

  • This Award applies to Traffic Signals Staff employed within the Traffic Signals classification set out in Part B, Monetary Rates as members of the Transport Service in the RMS Group.

  • As of July 3, 2012 Decree 1190/2012 came into effect, offering new interest rate cover for debtors of new home mortgage loans and residential leasing operations for amounts not exceeding 135 SMMLV (approx US$40,000) in order to facilitate the financing of new low-cost urban housing.

  • BSO - means a Boating Safety Officer or Senior Boating Safety Officer of the Maritime Division employed as a member of the Transport Service in the RMS Group.

  • The Employer will make reasonable enquiries to ensure Employees are not suffering physical and/or mental health issues in accordance with the RMS Group Separation from Employment Procedure.

  • Consideration and approval of flexible working initiatives is in accordance with the RMS Group Workplace Flexibility Policy and other relevant Policies, Procedures or Guidelines.

  • With a view to guiding the ethical actions of each of the RMS Group Companies and the above Members this Code of Conduct has been drawn up (the “ Code”).

  • Due to the nature of the services provided by RMS Group, each of the RMS Group Companies must establish relations with Public Officials, particularly Transport for London, based on principles of transparency.

Related to RMS Group

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;
