Resume Search Services means the credits provided by JobsDB Singapore and Jobstreet Singapore to Customers to search the Jobseeker Databases for the purpose of identifying suitable Jobseekers to meet the Customers’ employment needs in Singapore, whether as part of a Customer Contract, or included in the Rate Cards in the format as set out in Schedule 4;

Examples of Resume Search Services in a sentence

  • Contracted Customers who are otherwise seeking to acquire additional paid Value-Added Services, the same volume of free Resume Search Services, if any, as set out in the Rate Cards.

  • For example and without limitation, iHispano agrees and acknowledges that, for a Monster Diversity employer customer posting Job Postings or utilizing Resume Search Services on the Monster Web Site, will pay Monster a fee for access to Monster services generally and another fee specifically for the Monster Diversity services embedded in the Monster services.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.

  • Directory Assistance Service includes, but is not limited to, making available to callers, upon request, information contained in the Directory Assistance Database. Directory Assistance Service includes, where available, the option to complete the call at the caller's direction. "Directory Listings" or "Listings" are any information identifying the listed names of subscribers of a Telecommunications Carrier or Provider, as applicable, and such subscribers' telephone numbers, addresses, or primary advertising classifications (as such classifications are assigned at the time of the establishment of such service), or any combination of such listed names, numbers, addresses or classifications: (1) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses for the purpose of publishing the Listings in any directory format; or (2) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses in Directory Assistance Service, Directory Assistance List Service, or for other lawful purposes.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
