During Executive's employment with the Company and for a period of twelve months after Executive's employment has terminated, Executive shall not, without the Company's prior written consent, directly or indirectly, within the Restricted Territory, for himself or on behalf of or in conjunction with others, engage in the Restricted Business in the same or similar capacity as Executive has been employed by the Company.
