Restrictions on Ownership. The Series A Preferred Partnership Units shall be owned and held solely by the General Partner.
Restrictions on Ownership. No person that is not a legal resident of the United States of America shall be permitted to beneficially own, directly or indirectly for U.S. federal income tax purposes, any Series K Preferred Units. The acquisition of any Series K Preferred Units by any person that is not a legal resident of the United States of America, whether or not in accordance with section 3.H above, shall be void ab initio.
Restrictions on Ownership. The Class D OP Preferred Units shall be owned and held solely by the General Partner but may be transferred to a successor General Partner.
